Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchange or replacement only under the following conditions:

Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
Exchange will not be accepted for reasons related to personal preferences such as color difference due to screen display, size issues, or change of mind.

In all other approved cases, exchange shipping costs may be borne by the customer
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
